nothing like a clutch of old lizard (anole) eggs inside a 120/12v low voltage lighting transformer w/ mechanical timer to screw things up - but still better than a tree frog that hid inside another one and really gummed up the gears.

Phil - I've seen ants massing up several times in water pump motors. They may be attracted to the electro magnetic fields (flux) eminating from the armature windings. They end up shorting out the starting contacts. Amazing how such a liitle critter can end up shutting down a persons water supply.
