NOID Found in a Coral Gables back yard

Found this growing in the back yard of an old Coral Gables homes in a deep shaded overgrown area. Made three air layers and this looks like it has the best coloring. I have no clue what it is. This air layer was potted up three weeks ago and looks really happy.

I am considering bringing it to be offered for auction next Saturday. Really nice marbling of pinks. If this plant goes unidentified, I would love to "reserve" the name James' Marble for my son.
