What really tortures me is that Chris Mayhew's Arthur Howe has leaves double the size of mine. I really kiss this croton's butt, trying to give it plant loving so it can achieve the Mayhew mass. Chris' plant has thicker stems. The stems on this one are slowly getting fatter, but could take several more years until their girth could match Mr. Mayhew's.

Very nice plant,good colour,this plant always reminds of the Richard Krokonis that is in the book??Sometimes I wonder????????
