Looks like Stoplight, an old Charles Rutherford hybrid from the 1930's or so in Miami.
I really like the red on black thick leaves on this cultivar.
Nice plant, but kind of blurry...

Looks like a big old Stoplight to me; they'll tend to darker shades in lower loight conditions.
