Mike - I recall your Yellow Petra. It was huge specimen and well grown. Its too bad it would have been difficult to take with you. It turned me on to how splendid a Yellow Petra can be.

Great job, Robert! Yellow Petra is a beautiful plant. I beg to differ about the leaves being blanched. I think it can take a lot, lot of sun and get very yellow without blanching. I love it that way, personally. Mike, your gorgeous Yellow Petra is in the wiki for all of us and for posterity! What a great specimen. When I saw yours, I thought they must grow pretty fast. I put mine in the back of a few crotons so it would be a beautiful backdrop, but now the others have overgrown it and it's difficult to see it unless you go around the back. It is not a real fast grower. Seems to grow out for me and get very full and compact before growing up. I love it, just wish I'd put it in the front or side instead.
