Weed

This made a debut in the garden this year from mother nature. Is it a weed, shrub or other? I have not seen this plant before. I liked the look of the leaf and let it be, and now it flowers.

Looks like a Cassia bicapsularis. Nice. I wish weeds like that popped up here.
