Yes Andy, it has been a bit on the slow side for me.

That is spectacular, Tim. Is it a slow grower as most people say? What type of lighting is it in?

Thanks Ana. It has been on the slow side for me. Since I'm really at the Audubon in the early morning hours, it's hard to give a real accurate description on the light. I know that it does not get any direct light in the morning now, but the sun is shifting now, so it is possible that it gets some more stong, maybe even some brief direct light in the summer. My canopy in its proximity is also developing too, so that would cut into any direct light. It took a while (probably over a year) for it to show any color at all. I'd say patience has paid off.
