This Petra seedling is finally showing some promise. I like the white leaf.

That looks more like Buddy than Petra.

I see good potential there. We've already got Petra, Super Petra and Beyond Petra (Helen Edge) so maybe this one can be Extra Petra or Petra Plus .

June update. Leaves start out as green and yellow, adding a pink blush as the leaves age and looks as the final leaf color will be white and green.

Actually, looking at your plant again and looking out the window at the Van Burens planted there, your seedling looks more like Van Buren than Buddy.

Even if you know the parents, the progeny may not look anything like them - we're talking crotons not some 'normal' plant.
