    Bob Marley ? eh? I've had Coral Shower for many years and at the last meeting purchased from Jose an interrupted plant, similar to or identical to the one above, that had a name tag on it identifying it as "Tears of Joy". I normally do not associate Bob Marley with crotons, however.

    Crotons were in the tropical or palm house - a very interesting cast-in-place concrete structure.

    When in Denver, CO, check out the few crotons in their Botanical Garden. The tropical plant house provides a much needed tropical plant fix in the Mile High City.

    Marie - Thanks for the info in the paper. However, I do not believe that the red spotting or blotching is a Xanthanoma which has vein delimited black or dark grey spots. These are all red and are not vein delimited as seen in some of the photos. onward through the fog....

    Noted some unusual blotching that resembles plant measles or chicken pox on several crotons this spring. Tristan displays it the best as shown on pics below
