Ed, The palm is from Butia crossed back with Butiagrus.

Hi Scott, I thought the spathe looked awful thin for an odorata, Ed

Interesting - and a nice looking palm as well.

I am a little disappointed that this one did not have the great red color on the inside of the spath.
