Here is another before and after for you. Only 1 plant remains the same can you spot it?

Scott, amazing that you have changed out all of the plants in the original picture and even more amazing is the great looking landscape now. You have done a fantastic job. Of course Florida can grow plants to maturity in record time. I agree with the previous guess. You left the Copernicia (alba?) in place.
 
Dean and Jeff, Good guess guys, but thats not the remaining plant. The palm in the original picture was a Chamaerops, it was replaced in 2004 with the Copernica alba x ekmanii.
