I thought Sunray in the previous post but the veining is not distinct enough. It's not the more white Weismanii or C.I. Craigin or Edwin. T. Meredith with red petioles. The colors and splotching look like Irregularis but the leaves don't rooster tail enough. Iit may just be a new seedling.

Looks close to the second photo on p.26 in Crotons of the World but maybe not exact, so hard to say...
And then the two photos of Sunray on p. 26 look like two different varieties to me...
