You don't . Only the true Crotonheads...Randy...Mike..Moose..Rick & a few others kno this stuff by sight. I have given up Judy may be your best guide...but you hafta kno what your looking for &at.
Wear your running shoes...sharpen your elbows...follow the wave of folks. After a Ganza or two...
The secret is out !
Wishing you success..will see you Friday bright n early with the rest of the hardcore addicts. It's been a long hot summer...time for a fix.
Ignore that white truck a few blocks from J & J's. The Moose has not broken down...just a way to get first in line....maybe some early horse trading. Grandma has been known to spout off in mixed company.
Rob Branch has posted that he's having a garden event today...open to the public. He's very knowledgeable & helpful and hosting other vendors. You can meet some great folks & discuss solutions to your new bed.
Btw...I have a 30' Dypsis Madagascarensis (I think) poking up thru my prettiest...
Sounds good...have a 1030 mtg at a church in Lake Worth, but I'll come down as soon as it's over. Would love to see your and Lamars place...was planning on stopping by Jeff's too.
Mike said 5.2+...probably the same here. Pond is full...some palms and crotons in 2-6 inches of water.
Bring on some 91 degree days and we should see some growth.
Ricky...you can probably answer your own question and have fun doing it. Dig up a 6X6 square and try your porous rock base under your toplayer and drip it up. Unfortunately your area closest to the water faces NW...if I had my bearings straight (questionable)...subjecting the plants to a chill...
We use the Dymo metal embosser with aluminum spools. Between palms, crotons and bamboos labels and a database the only way to keep it together.
Getting the names right...now that's a different story.
