Randy, this is a different croton from your pic. I got this croton labeled Daisy's Pride at Jeff's sale last October. I agree it is similar, but have never seen a DP to compare. Guess I will wait and see how it looks in a few months. If anyone else has one I would love to hear their comments!

I never met Mr. Renfroe, but The Croton Society 2007 calendar featured some of his hybridized beauties!

An obituary appeared in the Ft. Myers News Press today announcing the passage of J.R.Renfroe. He was a well known croton collector and hybridizer in this area . His hobbys also included a green house with over 5,000 orchids.

Beautful photos! Jim and I have sailed the Windwards from St. Lucia down to the south of Grenada but have never made it to T. & T. It is a beautiful area and the water clarity cannot be beat!
