What could it be?

This photo was posted on Palm Talk on Jan. 23, 2011 by Andy Finlayson (sick1166). There was no ID and I do not recall seeing such a cultivar before. Trying to figure out what other crotons have such a leaf shape. Any ideas? :confused:

I came across Philippine Red in different growing conditions many times. The variety above looks completely different for me. It has more prolonged mature leaves, leaf’s apex is more rounded – “cucumber shape”, and young leaves in the background seem to tend to semi-oak shape.
