Purchased some years ago from a local nursery with the name "Orange Oak". Avg. oak type leaf is 6" x 3'. Croton is ground planted and receives morning to late afternoon sun. Jan. Photos here.

I have Phil. G. In several spots just for comparison. Your plant could be one of the A F D's also. I can't post pic. rite now it is in direct sun.

Scott, do you have a Philip Geduldig to compare it to?

I had (lost in our cold winter a few years back) a Philip Geduldig growing a few feet from this plant and it looked different. Here is a photo of a cutting that came from the plant this past summer. This one is growing in morning sun only. Leaf size changes by 3".
