Tampa Bay area folks, need help on IDs

If you're in the area, on the corner of 38th ave and 58th street in St. Pete, there is a Toro dealership. There are 2 large crotons in the front of the building. One I thought was stoplight but after seeing it close up today, I am no longer sure. The other is yellow and green and has oak shaped leaves.

I see those on the way home every day. I haven't seen the oak leaf but the other looked like Duke of Windsor.

It's next to the larger Duke but is smaller and is growing in heavier shade. I will try and get some pics if I can hit the red light on that intersection. I wasn't so lucky this morning.
