This was a cutting from a place I can't remember I put it in the ground in October & almost forgot about it. Is a named variety? Thanks.

It sort of resembles Stoplight in a way, maybe a sport thereof?
Looks like a nice plant.

I do remember the entire plant looked the same. I got it somewhere in an older Fort Lauderdale neighborhood.

Looks like a Chief to me - old variety with lots of variability in leaves

Judy and I have put our heads together and we think that this looks like a Thomas Hitchcock.

I found this while looking thru some previous photos I took. Ah ha, I think this a pic of the mother plant. Does this help an ID?

I think Chief and Thomas Hitchcock are two very good choices. I would maybe lean towards TH. But then again, in person and looking at a pic. can be two totally different looks.

after seeing the second photo, ie., the whole plant, I'll retract the Cheif guesstimate since it does not look like any Chief I've seen or grown... swith or without a name, still a nice plant.
