Steamy Tropical Deluge... A view from a Tiger's Eye

This croton which I believe is a Tiger Eye grows out of a hedge and poses under the eve of a verandah sheltering from the barrage of raindrops.

It does appear to be close to a Tiger Eye, maybe is but just not 100% sure. That would be a huge plant for that variety if it is. Thanks Allan.

Allan - can you get a close-up pic or two when the rain stops? I recall seeing a pic of something that was close to Tiger Eye but had even more color; maybe this is it....
