Which one has the red petioles, Jean Frances Fascell or Fred Sanders?

I've never seen Jean Francis, but I grow Fred Sanders and it does not have red petioles.

Jean Frances Fascell has red petioles. There are two forms. One has the classic Fred Sanders-like splotching and the other is veined.
