Propagating Codiaeum Variegation (Croton Plant)

What is your favorite way to propagate Crotons? I have done air layering with moss (good for larger plants quick) and also just stuck smaller cuttings in the ground. I have also started a few from seed and one from a leafless stem (stuck in soil in pot inside plastic bag). cutting. Share your favorite propagating techniques here. Here is a photo of my plant from a leafless stem cutting.

This pic. Is an example of a naturally fertilized female bloom with, what I feel is a very unusual male flower at the tip. Pic 1,2out of focus,6. 3, immature female. 4, developing male. 5, fertilized female note the swollen base and drying bloom tips. I saw the combo bloom this morning and thought it worth noting.
