One More Time

I was in the neighborhood, so I thought this Buddy deserved another drive by. Almost every leaf is perfect, no weathering. It's about 10 ft now, but probably would have been a few feet higher if it hadn't been blown over. I know Buddys grow reasonably fast, so how old would this one be?
