Mind Boggling Petra

The first four pictures were taken early this morning and is what I call Petra, recently during a visit to two independent nurseries I found two other plants (which I assume are both Petra) but somehow seem different. This gives me a sense of unease for some odd reason.

Notice the color differences, the first with a olive green and pink effect and the other with red in the older leaves.

Every time I see a block of Petras at a nursery I scan them for sports and it's easy to see lots of different colorings but rarely ever a sport...
They drive me nuts with "that one looks different" and "so does that one" but they are all just Petra...
One time I found a blotched Petra that really was different...
