I have passed by this plant many times and have no idea of its name. I stopped and took a few shots of it. The plant looks to be pretty old as it stands about 6' x 4' and shows signs of being cut back many times. Some leaves look as they are almost oak leaf type.

You guys rock! Thanks for the ID. I read that Stewartii takes the cold well, must be true. You do not see to many really large Crotons up this way. Happy Fourth guys!
