ID: is this AFD#5?

If my memory serves me correctly and it is AFD #5, this is one not seen around these parts anymore.

I've lost track and would like to collect the pics, ID in the WIKI portion of the site. Please ID and give me the leaf type you would file it under. Your help is really appreciated!

No. I don't believe it looks like any AFD #5 that I've seen. But I haven't a clue as to what it is. It might be one of the Davis group.
