Here's what I've been calling Green & Gold - a wimpy variety subject to frequent winter defoliation. Leaves are 8-9" long with petiole.

Allen - not real sure yours is a Green & Gold. Usually has a "golden" hue rather than yellow. Phil - it has been a poor performer for me as well. Looking its best right now, after three years of kissing its @$$. It will look like crap again, I'm quite certain. :(
