Flamingo and Red Quill prefer shade

These seem to have better color when grown in more shade. Has anyone else found this to be true?

Yes Ray, I've saying for years now that Red Quill does great with no direct sun. Mine is pretty good size and always has nice color, never changes much, all with no direct sun. Same with Flamingo.
