Beautiful! And I must add, there must be something in the air, sort of speak because I have 6 or 7 of these in 10 gallons along the sidewalk and this week there's at least 3 of them throwing red leaves at once.
Any species of Calyptrocalyx growing in your garden that throw red leaves.....that your having good success with?

Well , Jeff it does not surprise me that all yours are doing this at the same time mine is
I just bought this from you at the last sale. no Calyptrocalyx just never sure on how they will do but Im going to try after this winter with a few varieties.

Ok thanks. There are definitely some species of Calyptrocalyx that are more cold hardier than others. I found this out when we had that devastating freezes of 2010 and 2011.
