Hi Scott,
Your croton looks more like Twist and Point (p, 130 in Brown's book). The leafh shape for Fiesta is very different and it's pictured on p. 107.

Here's Twist and Point:

hehe.yup. Both interesting plants (Twist and Turn & Twist and Point) I would like to share both my pics but i dun have them with me at the moment.=) Will upload some some other day. heheheh.

Ray - I had three in the ground. One is still there and it's only around 15" tall. The other two were in a bad spot, so I yanked them out several days ago and threw them into 3-gallon cans. One of those I gave to a friend who just moved to Jupiter from Miami. The other one is yours, assuming it survives the rugged transplant.

Is this a Fiesta ? Leaf shapes are all over the place. The name tag at the local H.I. store had Gold Dust:rolleyes:

No. There's still one in the ground from several years ago, but the transplants withered and died. The only one that survived is in a pot where it's getting intensive care. I'll do some cuttings in the spring.
