I believe many are cultivars we are familiar but the exceptional robust color is somewhat deceiving.

3) Resembles Mackenzie, but I can't see enough of the leaf pattern or scale Think it may be MacKenzie, certainly don't look like mine

Don't recall how big these leaves were, Captain Gilbert Cutler or Thomas Edison, I'm leaning towards the later.
Moose - lots of these small Thai like crotons look pretty much the same when small like the one in the photo. ...and rarely does one see a larger one ( 2 ft tall or higher).
I'm pretty sure that #8 is Davis 87
